Worship Outlines
You must put together outlines for two different worship services centered on themes of your choice. For each meeting you should include songs from the Songbook, Scripture, Sermon title and a Praise and Worship set that should include:
a 3 or 4 songs that fit the theme (using the Songbook and contemporary songs).
a Appropriate scriptures to use between or during songs.
a A script for any introductions, scriptures or comments to be given during worship.
a Arrangement ideas to be implemented.
You should lay out the above information in a format that can be given to praise band members to use as a clear guide to what is to happen during the time of Praise and Worship. When putting this together, you should be sure to consider the direction and flow of the set as far as mood, energy and dynamic level are concerned.
This assignment is due by Friday, November 10th.
Late assignments will be docked 5% for each day late, up to a maximum deduction of 20%. Assignments not turned in by Tuesday, November 14th will not be accepted and will count for zero points.
